In this session, we will dive in to the challenges of 'on-site' management of: accountability and communication between the office, the crews, the sales force, the boss and THE CUSTOMER. Using our 'roll-up-your-sleeves' round-table approach join in with your peers to work on real solutions to the potential drivers of inefficiency and wavering customer loyalty.
We will also gather your Peer feedback to spark an informative discussion on what apps and software you're all using, what they cost to 'onboard' and maintain, and the ways in which they are and aren't helping to solve your business challenges.
