In this session, we will work together to share successes and challenges in managing EVERYTHING your customer experiences of your company. Your Marketing Message (web, social, print media, trucks, uniforms, place of business?) Communication (every phone call, voice mail, email, contracts, interaction with employees etc), Unique Offering (product/service quality/warranty / attention to detail, unique signature), Relationship Building (sense of humour, respect, professionalism, negotiation, encounters with employees, collaboration, 'connecting'). Where are the balls dropping? Where are the 'service failures'? Where are your greatest successes? Who are your 'right fit' customers (and why)? Where can you improve? What resources can you share?
