Roll up your sleeves and be prepared to change your thinking about your business. Come prepared with a one sentence description summarizing the goals you want to reach in 2016 for your company. Starting with 'the end' in mind, in this session, work with peers to focus on defining what YOUR indicators for success will be, (lead and lag indicators, KPI's etc).
Attendees will leave with an energized, clear focus on priorities and checkpoints, and a timeline to develop a renewed strategy for 2016 and beyond.
