Phil Harwood is the founder, President, and CEO of
Pro-Motion Consulting, a management consulting firm with the mission of
accelerating healthy growth in entrepreneurial organizations, serving client
organizations in the United States and Canada.

Prior to starting his consulting firm, he was a partner and
Vice President of a landscape management firm that he helped grow to over $10
million in annual revenues in just over 8 years, spent almost 4 years with the
largest landscape contracting firm in Michigan, and began his career with a $500
million green industry retailer in a variety of management positions over the
course of a ten year period.
Phil received his MBA in Integrative Management from the Eli
Broad Graduate School of Business at Michigan State University and his BA in
Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State
University. He is also a PLANET
Trailblazer, Landscape Industry Certified Manager, Certified Snow Professional,
Certified Pesticide Applicator and Master Gardener.
