LP001: Woody Plants: Their Appeal and Uses in the Landscape
This seminar presents an in-depth look at a large variety of trees, shrubs and evergreens in the landscape. Covering the characteristics of native versus non, plant installation for suitability, maintaining and pruning techniques, challenges to choosing the right plant for difficult situations such as salt exposure, clay or sandy soil, seasonal flooding or dry conditions. There's always a right plant for the place and this seminar is for those with a desire to know more about woody plants or are looking for more confidence when recommending them to their customers. Participants are urged to bring their questions.
