LS023-A: WHMIS for Workers
By law, all workers involved with hazardous materials must receive Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) training under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Participants will learn what WHMIS is, the eight hazard categories and symbols, where to find information about the controlled products in their work environment and how to work safely with each controlled product.Note: To receive the special 2012 Safety Group registration fee ($45 p/p) registrations will need to be faxed or mailed in, see the home page for the pdf. registration form.
