General meeting sponsorship
Thank you for considering sponsoring a Landscape Ontario, Waterloo Chapter Meeting.
General Meeting Sponsorship costs $350 plus HST and a door prize worth at least $50.
Your sponsorship would include the following:
- Mail out – Our chapter membership consists of approximately 240 members, active and associate. You are encouraged to provide us with approx. 240 information brochures about your company and products and/or services that we can mail to our Chapter members before the meeting. We must have any flyers for mail out 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
- Link to your company webpage via our online web information page, for the meeting(s) you have agreed to sponsor (if information is in at least 3-4 weeks prior to the meeting date)
- Networking – meet and greet our members before, during food intermission and after the meeting to promote your company and products and/or services. We encourage you to bring some of your products to display.
- Presentation – your company will have 10 minutes during the General Meeting to speak about itself and its products and/or services.
Evening meetings start at 7pm sharp and end around 9pm. Doors open at 6:30pm.
Daytime meetings start around 11am and end around 1:30pm. Doors open at 10:30am.
Please check to see if that month is a daytime meeting or an evening meeting. You are normally able to get into the meeting room earlier so you can set up your company information table and be ready for members as they arrive. The Knights of Columbus will have tables available for you to use. If you require use of a computer and/or projector, please make arrangements beforehand.
Our meetings are the first Wednesday of each month (September – April). We still have sponsor opportunities available.
